Altheos House Interiors

We design spaces that speak before you do

At Altheos Interiors we believe that design is a shared journey between a professional and a client—one that thrives when we align in vision and values. Design is born from personality and emotion. It is not just about the final outcome, but the energy, enthusiasm, and sentiment infused throughout the entire process.

Interior design is a journey of discovery, of course of beautiful objects, but most of all of our inner world. The spaces we inhabit hold a remarkable power to influence our entire existence.

Our role as designers is to provide innovative ideas, articulate the overall vision, guide the design process and develop a strategy that brings all elements together into a cohesive whole. Working closely with our trusted partners and suppliers, we will bring your project to life with care,  and meticulous attention to detail.

If our work inspires you and our ethos resonate with you, we would love to hear from you.

Get in touch, and let's explore the possibilities of interior architecture  and design together!

Atmosphere is probably one of the most common reasons clients seek our help. This is an aspect where the concept plays a pivotal role, bringing together the elements that shape how a space feels and how we experience it: lighting, colour psychology, changes in level, sunken areas, partitioning, scent, acoustics and biophilia. Equally, our daily habits matter. A pleasant atmosphere is also shaped by how we care for our surroundings, with hygiene and tidiness.

ATMOSPHERE

Timeless interiors are heavily influenced by the finishes we choose how they evolve over time. Natural materials are particularly prioritised in our projects for the character they develop as they respond to air, light and everyday use, allowing them to age gracefully and tell a story unique to each owner. Beyond their beauty and authenticity, they reflect our commitment to ecological responsibility and sustainability.

materiality

We ensure every space works intuitively, with practical layouts and a natural flow that maximise its potential and make everyday tasks effortless and enjoyable. Innovative solutions and clever systems play a pivotal role in laying the foundations for thoughtful, intelligent design.

function & flow

We focus on creating environments that are not only visually captivating but also adaptable and designed to stand the test of time. A refreshed decoration, rearranged layout and reconfigured furniture can breathe new life into a room with minimal effort. That is why when selecting products we always look for pieces that can be adapted in different ways and repurposed over time.

versatility

We specialise in Contemporary, Scandinavian, and Japandi interiors, but our expertise and creative approach extend far beyond specific style boundaries. While aesthetics are the fundamental foundation of what we do,  we always strive to implement and deliver additional value to every project. Our holistic approach to interior design involves:

Wellbeing

Our interiors have a profound influence on our minds and wellbeing. Minimalist spaces can help reduce distractions and support productivity, while incorporating plants improves our connection to nature and contribute to a healthier indoor environment. Beautiful views offer moments of escape, recreation and motivation. The right interior can do more than look good; it can positively influence how we feel, think and live every day.

the wider context

The location of the site, its existing conditions, structural requirements and relevant regulations all inform the decisions made throughout the design process. Practical considerations such as budgeting and timescales are equally important. Knowing the industry and the market is vital to achieving a successful outcome. Longevity and durability are another area in their own right, requiring knowledge which  comes with experience and research.
